Hadrian. AD 117-138. AR Cistophorus (10.67 g, 6h). Ephesus mint. Struck after AD 128. HADRIANVS AVGVSTVS P P, bare head right / FORTVNA EPHESIA, Fortuna standing left, holding rudder and cornucopiae. RIC II 477; Metcalf, Cistophori type 12 (unlisted dies); RSC 777. VF, light scratch in field on obverse. Overstruck on an uncertain cistophorus of Mark Antony and Octavia (cf. RSC 2-3).
